Donations from private individuals are a major source of support for Help Now. Without your generous gifts, we could not provide safety, empowerment and healing to those affected by domestic violence in our community. Every dollar helps, and no donation is too small! Thank you for providing these materials to support Help Now's services.

Please note that there are several ways you can donate to Help Now:

Shelter In-Kind Donation Wish List

  • Food: Fresh fruit/vegetables, milk, juice, lunch meat, cheese, peanut butter, jelly, pasta, spaghetti sauce, oil, sugar, coffee, juice pouches, individually wrapped snacks for kids, cereal, Adobo, white rice.
  • Household Items: Plastic shower curtains, Ziploc bags, styrofoam plates, aluminum foil, trash bags, pots, pans, can openers.
  • Personal Care: Adult, children & infant pain reliever/cold medication, Kleenex, and deodorant for men and women. All sizes women's/children's undergarments (underwear and bras).
  • Baby Items: Baby lotion, baby wash, large-sized diapers (sizes 5 & 6), baby wipes, pacifiers, bottles, and diaper rash ointment cream and teething gel.
  • Cleaning Products: Lysol disinfectant spray, glass cleaner, Pine-Sol, sanitizing wipes, mops, brooms, etc.
  • Office Supplies: We are happy to accept donations of standard printer paper, staplers and staples, binders, tape dispensers and tape, batteries, scissors, post-its, pens, manila folders and envelopes.

Gift Cards/Lynx Bus Passes

One of the most helpful donations you can make is a gift card to a major store like Wal-Mart, Target, Walgreens, CVS, Kohls, TJ Maxx, gas cards, and others. The cards are given to residents to buy their necessities, or staff can use them to buy needed supplies. We also need Lynx bus passes. Any amount is appreciated!
